The Process of Staff Training

An ongoing training program is established and maintained through regular review meetings with both management and staff. This process concentrates on both the needs and desires of the individual as well as those of the company. The training needs are met through the following:

    • Internal training Sessions
    • External training Sessions as and when required

With regard to company policies and procedures formal instruction is provided to all employees on joining the company and updated as and when changes are made.
