Company Training Policy

We believe continuous Investment in learning and workforce development is essential for improving the performance of John Roberts Associates and enhancing the services provided.

Staff development is essential in attracting and retaining a knowledgeable and skilled workforce. Encouraging employees to be accountable for continuous learning is important to us. We are dedicated to providing our staff with the necessary training and guidance so that they achieve their strategic goals thus creating a highly trained workforce.

The Process

An ongoing training program is established and maintained through regular review meetings with both management and staff. This process concentrates on both the needs and desires of the individual as well as those of JRA. The training needs are met through the following:

  • -Internal training Sessions
  • -External training Sessions as and when required
  • With regard to company policies and procedures formal instruction is provided to all employees on joining the company and updated as and when changes are made.
