These terms and conditions apply to our Website and all transactions for the sale of goods. Please read this carefully. We recommend you check the terms and conditions regularly as all terms are subject to change. Please contact us for any questions or enquiries.

1. Once a garment/item has been customized, it can no longer be returned unless there is a fault in the manufacturing or printing process. In the event of a fault, please contact us and we will happily arrange a replacement. You will need to notify us by email of any faults discovered within 3 working days upon receiving our delivery in order to exchange or refund.

On receiving the garments, if we discover that any damage is not the fault of John Roberts Associates or our manufacturers, no refund or exchange will be possible.

3. John Roberts Associates Ltd Dispatch Policies

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process John Roberts Associates Ltd dispatches all items within two days of receiving orders. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

4. John Roberts Associates Ltd Tax Information

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Artwork should be supplied as a high resolution image where needed or a EPS vector file. If you do not have a vector file of the artwork, John Roberts Associates can redraw your graphics, this will incur an artwork charge. Colours and sizes, unless otherwise stated, are for visual purposes only, final print size will be suitable to the garment unless specific dimensions are given by client.

Redrawing third party imagery does not constitute part of our free artwork service, only a standard design visual mock up. If you are in any doubt please contact us to discuss your artwork or designs.

6. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of entry. We reserve the right to refuse orders where any product information has been wrongly published.

All order details must be received in a written document, including printing/garment specifications, delivery addresses, timescales and contact details.

7. John Roberts Associates can not be held responsible for any errors made by a customer that has not sent a written order. If orders are placed by telephone, customers must ensure a written confirmation is subsequently sent to John Roberts Associates. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the point of order unless otherwise stated by your representative.

8. Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered goes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse an order when we are unable to gain authorisation of payment, we find an error in the product’s listed information, or when stock is unavailable.

9. Any links provided on this website to external websites are done so for your information and convenience, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the information on or actions of external websites.

10. John Roberts Associates do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details or contact details with any 3rd parties.
